Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Perform General Accounting Duties.
- Assist in Accounts payables and accounts receivables as required.
- Assisting in the payment processing.
- Assisting in the bank relationships and ongoing compliance requirements.
- Managing bank transactions and reconciliations.
- Responsible of the revenue cycle.
- Responsible of the intercompany recharging.
- Responsible in the upkeep of the Fixed Assets Register.
- Responsible VAT Return preparation and submission.
- Responsible for the preparation of month-end reporting and management accounts.
- Assist in the Budgeting process and on-going monitoring.
- Assist in yearly Audit procedures.
- Assist the rest of the Finance Team as required.
- Other Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in similar roles.
- In possession of Diploma in Accounting or is in the process of completing an Accounting Qualification such as ACCA.
- Competency in Ms Office, especially MS Excel and accounting software.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Well organized, flexible and a team player.
- Willingness to learn on the job and manage their own processes.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Sage accounting software.
